General TF \Rightarrow G(s) = \frac{k\left [ 1+\frac{s}{z} \right ]}{\left [ 1+\frac{s}{p} \right ]}

Z = 1000 , P = 10

G(s) = \frac{k\left [ 1+\frac{s}{1000} \right ]}{\left [ 1+\frac{s}{10} \right ]}

G(s) = \frac{k\left [ s+1000 \right ]}{100\left [ s+10 \right ]}

20  log_{10}k = 20
log_{10}k = 1
k = 10

G(s)= \frac{10\left [ s +1000 \right ]}{100\left [ s+10 \right ]}

G(s) = \frac{s+1000}{10(s+10)}
